We offer comprehensive advice and representation in relation to any criminal related matter, including bail applications in the Magistrates Court and Supreme Court, parole applications, and appeals to the District Court, Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia. In addition, we represent clients requiring legal representation before the Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC).
Traffic Law & Services
We represent clients charged with minor traffic offences such as driving while unlicensed or disqualified — right up to very serious offences involving repeatedly driving under the influence, evading police, and careless driving causing grievous bodily harm and death. We also provide services relating to applications for work licences and special hardship orders.
