The original set, introduced in 1851 at the First World Exhibition in London, was purchased by Queen Victoria herself. Subsequently named for her, this Chinese-influenced pattern demands the skills of Herend's most talented and experienced painters.

Each dinner plate is hand painted over superior quality white porcelain using a brillant color palate and adding touches of 24k gold paint to enchance specific characteristic of the artwork. This tabletop collection is strong for every day use or for formal occassions. All hand painted designs by master artisans offering techniques once used by Master Craftsmen.
