The Omcan Grinder Plate #22 (Model 11255) is a carbon steel grinding plate designed for #22 meat grinders. It features a 20 mm (13/16″) hole size, making it ideal for very coarse grinding applications. This plate is commonly used for the first grind when making sausages, as well as for preparing chili, stew meat, and chunky textures.
