Celebakes Leaf Green Melting Wafers offer a smooth creamy texture for all your candy-making needs. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based flavor.

• Leaf Green
• Vanilla Flavored
• 1 pound bag
• No tempering required

Microwave: Place melting wafers in a microwave-safe dish or disposable decorating bag. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds; stir or knead bag and repeat until wafers are smooth and completely melted.

Stove Top: Fill bottom of double boiler half-full with water and heat to a simmer. Place top of double boiler securely and add melting wafers and continuously stir until completely smooth and melted.

Note: Confectionary coating can result in thickening if overheated or if liquid is added. If this occurs simply add vegetable oil or use Celebakes® Paramount Crystals to thin the consistency.

Storing: Store melting wafers in a cool, dry place that is free of odors.

Heat Warning: Chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. Check out our new Styrofoam coolers (88-77180) to keep items from melting. If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted.
