Accuflex Bevlex 200 Series is a premium, food-grade PVC tubing designed for Bag-In-Box (BIB) syrup and high-volume draught beverage lines. Featuring a 3/8" internal diameter and a thick 5/8" OD, it offers superior flexibility and high-pressure stability for medium-to-long runs. The crystal-clear construction allows for immediate visual inspection of flow and sanitation. It is NSF-51 and FDA certified for food and beverage contact, providing a flavor-neutral path that ensures your beverages stay fresh from bag to tap.
Installation Note: To ensures a leak-proof seal on 3/8" barbs, use a dedicated tube cutter for a perfectly square cut. Soak the end of the tubing in hot water for 30 seconds to make it more pliable before pushing it onto the fitting. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp. Note: This tubing is flexible but is not rated for high-heat (boiling) liquids.
